Fill out this form to join the waitlist for our upcoming Fall 2026 semester. We will begin reaching out to waitlist families after our current members finalize their fall registration, most likely no earlier than late May. If you do not hear from us by the first of June, feel free to send us an email to check on your familiy's waitlist status.

2. I understand there is a family registration fee of $100 per semester - a $50 nonrefundable deposit due upon acceptance into the co-op and the remaining $50 due before teacher sign ups, approximately 60 days prior to the start of the semester (dates to vary).

I also understand that during class sign ups, approximately one month prior to the start of classes, additional class supply fees will be due and are based on what classes your child(ren) sign up for. The class supply fees are for teachers to provide supplies for their classes and must be paid at the time of class sign ups.

I also accept that there will be an additional one time fee every 5 years for a background check of $15 per regular attending adult.

3. All regular attending adults MUST pay for and submit a background check. Occasional visitors such as grandparent in town for the week or class guest speakers will not be required to submit a background check.

Our Fall 2026 dates have not been finalized at this time. The semester will most likely start September 11 and end November 20 with one Friday, about half way through, being a fall break.

Evening Showcase will be held on the last day of co-op at 6 pm, please plan to attend!

5. Our daily schedule is as follows:

9:30-9:55am morning reception - This is an optional time for parents to get coffee and chat and get settled. There are card games, playdoh, and coloring options for the kids. Student Counsel will also meet during this time.
10:00-10:30am chapel - this is required to attend
10:35-11:15am 1st class
11:20am-12:00pm 2nd class
12:05-12:55 pm lunch/recess
1:00pm-1:40pm 3rd class
1:45-2:25pm 4th class
2:30-2:45pm closing assembly - This is also important to attend. Get here immiddately following 4th hour class and then go back to gather things afterward.

Please arrive no later than 9:50am. This allows you time to put belongings away and be ready to start the day on time!

If you have cleaning duties assigned for the week, cleaning will take place after closing assembly. This should take around 15-20 minutes to complete.

6. Regular attendance by all members is necessary for the co-op to effectively hold classes.
Please do not plan appointments, etc, during co-op days.
Please commit to attending all 10 weeks of classes with the exception of illnesses or family emergencies.

7. In order for our co-op to run smoothly, it may be necessary for every parent to teach a class.

We do try to honor the request of those not wishing to teach, however it may be necessary if we do not have parents willing to teach enough classes to fill the schedule.

8. We are NOT a drop off co-op. Having an assigned adult on campus with your child(ren) is a requirement.

Adult attendance and participation is required in order for our co-op to run effectively.

Each adult will be assigned a job each class period. These jobs may include teaching, assisting in classes, being a "floater" to help cover absences, taking photos to add to the yearbook app, or cleaning.

We will also have adults assigned to monitor recess and to clean up at the end of the day. Please understand that if you are not a primary teacher, you may have recess and cleaning jobs more often.

9. Please list the name of the adult that will regularly be attending co-op and be willing to be placed on the schedule. At least one adult must commit to attending every week.

Additional adults (such as both mom and dad attending) are welcome! If an additional adult will be attending regularly and would be willing to be assigned jobs throughout the day, please list them as well. 10. This consent does not apply to the private yearbook for the co-op; all co-op members will appear in class activity pictures within the yearbook.

Waiver of Liability

I have been informed of the guidelines, policies and procedures of Grace Homeschool Co-Op and assume all the risks of participating and/or volunteering in this activity.

I understand that all reasonable safety precautions will be taken by any and all workers and/or volunteers of Grace Homeschool Co-Op and that the possibility of an unforeseen hazard does exist. I agree not to hold Grace Lutheran Church (2411 Woodlake Rd, Denison, TX 75021) and/or Grace Homeschool Co Op/Boundless Grace Homeschool Association and all of their administrators, instructors, workers and/or volunteer staff liable for damages, losses, diseases or injuries incurred by myself or any minor listed on this form.

The undersigned parent and/or guardian does hereby represent that he/she has consented to his/her child (or ward)’s participation in Grace Homeschool Co-Op and has agreed individually and on behalf of each minor child (or ward) listed in this registration, to the terms of the Liability Release Waiver set forth above. The undersigned parent or guardian further agrees to save, hold harmless and indemnify each and all of the parties referred to above from all liability, loss, cost, claim or damage whatsoever which may be imposed upon said parties because of any defect in or lack of such capacity to so act and releases said parties on behalf of the minor and the parents or legal guardians listed below.

I certify that I have read this document and I fully understand its content. I am aware that is a release of liability and a contract and I sign it of my own free will.

Payment Instructions

Once approved, an invoice will be emailed to you and a Non-refundable $50 deposit will be due immediately to hold your spot. An additional $50 will be due approximately 60 days prior to the beginning of the semester.
