Q:

Why do some people have titled 'jobs' in the group if you want all members to have a say?

A:

We ARE similarly structured to every other co-op we know of with a 'board' and other titled jobs. However, we do monthly meetings to try to address needs, events, and updates throughout rather than just at the beginning, and sometimes beginning & end. 

We WANT everyone to have a say!  However, believe it or not, someone has to get things started, someone has to see things get finished, and someone must organize the discussions in between to make sure everyone's voice can be heard. We would LOVE for you to take on some of those jobs and/or to come to parent meetings and add your voice, but yes... we do need a few job titles along the way.

Who are the current (Spring 2024) members of the Leadership Team?

A:

These positions may change after our July Planning Meeting for Fall 2024, but all of these people are still available to contact for information at this time.
