Why do some people have titled 'jobs' in the group if you want all members to have a say? |

We ARE similarly structured to every other co-op we know of with a 'board' and other titled jobs. However, we do monthly meetings to try to address needs, events, and updates throughout rather than just at the beginning, and sometimes beginning & end. |
