Enrollment Agreement
2023-2024 School Year

Welcome to Collegiate Peaks Living Education! By enrolling your child at CPLE, you are entering into an agreement with us to ensure an environment that fosters the love of learning. We agree to provide a high quality Charlotte Mason education. You agree to be continually involved in your child’s life and learning and to satisfy all obligations set forth herein in a timely manner. We invite you to secure a spot at the Collegiate Peaks Living Education for your child.

Note- Enrollment for the public is now open. Delayed agreements will not guarantee a classroom placement and the enrollment fee amount increases based on the enrollment calendar located on the school website. Please submit as soon as possible. 

Agreement Terms & Conditions:

1. I am aware that a non-refundable enrollment fee is due with this agreement, according to the enrollment fee schedule. 

2. I understand and agree to abide by the policies and procedures as set forth in the Collegiate Peaks Living Education Parent Handbook.

3. I agree to furnish all forms (enrollment, handbook, and medical) required by the school before the first day of class. I understand that failure to do so may result in an interruption in my child’s attendance.

4. I agree that tuition is an annual fee. I understand that there is no financial credit for absences, holidays, or inclement, medical or weather days.

5. I am aware that annual payments must be made in full by August 1st. Scheduled semester payments must be made on or before August 1st and January 1st. Scheduled monthly payments must be made on or before the first of each month commencing August 1st.

6. I understand that I am responsible for my child’s books and supplies according to published lists.

7. I understand that a late fee of $30 will be charged for any tuition payments received more than 7 days late.

8. I understand that a $30 fee will be charged for any returned checks.

9. I understand that one parent/guardian is required to attend one “at home partnership workshop” per year. Multiple opportunities will be offered to fulfill this requirement, in person as well as online.

10. I understand that as a courtesy to our staff, if a student is not picked up by 10 minutes after dismissal, the following fee will be billed to their account: $5 for every 5 minutes their ride is late.

11. I understand that if payment of tuition is not made by a family according to the payment plan selected, CPLE has the right to refuse to admit that child(ren) to class or to permanently remove the child(ren) from the school’s roster.

12. I am aware that in the event of withdrawal from CPLE, I must give a written notice of withdrawal. I am aware that I am responsible for the tuition amounts as designated in my signed Tuition Commitment Form.

13. I understand that CPLE may terminate enrollment of my child and start collection proceedings if an outstanding balance attains delinquent status. I understand and agree that I will be held responsible for all costs, expenses and interest at the current legal rate, including but not limited to attorney fees, collection agency fees and court costs incurred by CPLE in order to remedy a breach of this agreement.
