Welcome, please start the registration process by requesting membership.

1. Complete this family membership request form (include all 7th-12th graders who may attend monthly VIA game nights*)

2. Mail the $65 annual Family Membership Fee AND Legal Waiver and Medical Release form to the address listed at the end of this process.

3. Clarifications

   1. Privacy regarding the "Include my membership in the membership on-line directory?" question:   The membership directory is not a public page, If you choose yes, only registered VIA members will be able to see this info.  If you choose no, no one other than VIA Administration will be able to see this info.

   2. Forum and classified emails:  We are not currently using these.

*Members who do not have children taking classes at VIA, but want to register as a VIA Highschool Game Night  & Email list only family, need only pay a $15 family registration fee and are not required to volunteer.  The $65 annual membership fee will be removed when your registration is processed.
