Legends & Lore — Ages 9–11

Explore ancient myths, legendary heroes, and the stories people have passed from one generation to another. Students compare characters and themes while considering what legends reveal about the cultures that tell them.

• Identify recurring themes, heroes, and story patterns
• Distinguish imaginative storytelling from historical evidence

Schedule and enrollment

• Semester: January 19–May 14, 2027.
• Meets: Monday, 01:15 PM–02:15 PM.
• Recommended ages/grades: 9 y/o,10 y/o,11 y/o.
• Tuition: $40 per month for five payments, January–May ($200 semester tuition). Payments are due January 1, February 1, March 1, April 1, and May 1, 2027.
• Supply fee: $30 due at enrollment.
• Class limit: 15 students.
