Culinary Arts — Ages 12+

Develop practical culinary skills in a two-hour class that allows time for planning, preparation, and reflection. Students explore how ingredients, techniques, organization, and teamwork contribute to successful food preparation.

Learning focus

• Read recipes, measure accurately, and organize kitchen tasks
• Practice foundational preparation techniques and food-safety habits
• Evaluate results and build responsibility within a shared kitchen

Schedule and enrollment

• Semester: January 19–May 14, 2027.
• Meets: Wednesday, 01:15 PM–03:15 PM.
• Recommended ages/grades: 12 y/o,13 y/o,14 y/o,15 y/o,16 y/o,17 y/o.
• Tuition: $75 per month for five payments, January–May ($375 semester tuition). Payments are due January 1, February 1, March 1, April 1, and May 1, 2027.
• Supply fee: $150 due at enrollment.
• Class limit: 15 students.
