The Invention Convention — Ages 9–11

Move from an everyday problem to an inventive solution. Young inventors practice developing an idea, thinking through a design, and explaining how a proposed invention could help.

Learning focus

• Identify a need and brainstorm possible solutions
• Plan, test, and refine a design
• Present an invention and explain the reasoning behind it

Schedule and enrollment

• Semester: January 19–May 14, 2027.
• Meets: Wednesday, 02:30 PM–03:30 PM.
• Recommended ages/grades: 9 y/o,10 y/o,11 y/o.
• Tuition: $40 per month for five payments, January–May ($200 semester tuition). Payments are due January 1, February 1, March 1, April 1, and May 1, 2027.
• Supply fee: $30 due at enrollment.
• Class limit: 15 students.
