Please number the pictures 1 through 15 in the order you would like them to be on the slideshow.  Do not send your pictures as a slideshow with music. Send pictures to browardpsghighschool@gmail.com by May 8th.

Two-Minute Parent Presentation:

Each set of parents will be allotted 2 minutes to share words of encouragement, thankfulness, and/or words of inspiration before they present a diploma to their graduating senior. Each family is unique so there is no “right or wrong” way to write the presentation. Some families are comedic while others make you cry; so feel free to share from the heart. This has traditionally been a very unique part of the ceremony, so please abide by the two following requirements when preparing the presentation.

  1. Type your presentation and put it in a Word document with a font size of 22. Send it as an attachment to browardpsghighschool@gmail.com.

  2. Time your presentation for exactly 2 minutes or less when read aloud.

NOTE: Presentations that exceed 2 minutes will be shortened by the MC.

Email Your Student Biography:

Write a 100-word bio in the third person. The bio will be read by the Master of Ceremony to introduce the graduating senior while the parents come up on stage to present the diploma. The bio should include your family, accomplishments, and future plans. Please put the full name of the graduating senior and the names of the parents (the way you wish to be introduced on stage) at the top of the bio.

NOTE: Please put the student bio in a Word document and use a font size of 22. Send the Word bio as an attachment to browardpsghighschool@gmail.com.

Reserve Your Senior Display Table (not mandatory):

On graduation day, a table will be provided to display items that are special to you or show an expression of who you are; a sort of “visual story” about yourself. One example is to use a science fair project board decorated with awards, pictures, school work, arts & crafts, extracurricular activities, sports, fine arts, or anything else that would aptly describe your school years. Another example is to display certain items that have been meaningful to you such as a violin, a football, or an airsoft gun; in other words, items that paint a picture of who you are. Feel free to be as creative as possible. The display is limited to ½ of a 6 ft. table. RSVP a table to browardpsghighschool@gmail.com

What to bring:

  1. All items for your display.

  2. A tablecloth for your table.

  3. Time will be allotted for the graduating senior to set up his or her table. Also, parents may set up the table for their graduating senior during the rehearsal.

Eat Breakfast and Bring a Snack:

Graduating seniors should bring a snack (including water) to eat prior to the ceremony.

NOTE: Food and snacks are not provided and you won’t be able to eat lunch until after the ceremony ends.
