General Code of Conduct

Broward County Homeschool Parent Support Group, Inc. Code of Conduct

 Students/Parents must abide by the following rules and guidelines:

  • Behave in a manner that reflects PSG’s Statement of Faith and Core Family Values (in person and online).

  • Respect ALM and PBC church property (inside and outside the building),  along with respecting the Pastors and church staff. 

  • Behave themselves in a manner that is positive and encouraging to others.

PSG families must refrain from the following:

  • Bullying of any kind. This behavior will not be tolerated. Repeated bullying that occurs at any PSG-related event (on or off campus), meetings, on social media, or in group chats. Any PSG member found culpable of bullying may be suspended or expelled from PSG.

  • Possession of any weapon is prohibited; this includes pocket knives.

  • Foul language will not be tolerated.

  • Vaping, smoking, or drinking are prohibited and may result in expulsion from PSG.

  • Students must refrain from public displays of affection (PDA) with other students: including kissing, sitting on someone else's lap, handholding, and/or caressing.

  • Students/Parents should not exhibit physical or verbal aggression toward anyone.  Doing so may result in suspension or expulsion from the program.

  • Weapons of any kind should not be brought to group events or meetings.

  • Vaping or smoking during PSG events or/after meetings are not allowed. 

Dress Code

  • PSG members must wear modest attire when attending any PSG-sponsored event.

  • Students need to avoid wearing shirts, masks, hats, or attire that includes messaging PSG may consider controversial or objectionable (including phrases, words, symbols, and pictures).

  • Please see Encore/BCEP for their specific dress code guidelines. 

Member behavior in person and online should reflect our Statement of Faith and Core Family Values.  Wear modest attire that does not contradict our core family values at all events.
