Q:

What is the yearly fee for REACH Group Membership?

A:

June 1st- August 7th

  • $52.32/family (reachofflorence@gmail.com) 

REACH Membership  is due upon Registration/Application acceptance.  Co-op Registration and Co-op Class payments are due when classes are selected.  Beginning the fall of 2025, registration /applications and co-op registration forms will be held on file for 7 days and then disgarded if payment has not been submitted. 

Please remember that our board consists of home educating moms that volunteer their time to serve in this organization. Thank you in advance for understanding that we do not have the additional free time required to follow up on unpaid invoices, and therefore will assume that you have changed your mind about applying for REACH membership and participating in co-op.

When does the application process open and close for 25-26 fiscal year?

A:

Applications are accepted from June 1st until August 7th.

Q:

What are the REACH Group Application Steps?

A:

1. Read our Statement of Faith, Policy and Procedures, Code of Conduct and Conflict Resolutions. Pray and decide if our group is a good fit for your family. Each form will need to be electronically signed before application is processed.

2. Create a login. (Record this information for later use.)

3.  Complete the Registration Form

4. Read and electronically sign

  • Statement of Faith
  • Code of Conflict and Conflict Resolutions Guidelines
  • Policy and Proceedures 

Submit

  • Medical Release
  • Opportunity of Service
  • New Applicants Only
    • Schedule a time to talk with a member of the Membership Team
  • Registration 
    • Do not pay Registration/Applicaition Fee until the Registration/Application is processed.

Q:

Who can apply to REACH?

A:

Familes that have atleast one adult who has made a profession of faith and is attending a local Christian church. 

Families that are legally home educating:

  • homeschooling families
  • home educating families using a private online school 
  • home education families using a public online school
  • families with preschool children wishing to begin their educational journey 

 

Q:

What if we are new to the area and have not found a local Christian Church to attend regularly?

A:

The REACH Membership Team may require a phone interview in order to compete the application process. 

Q:

What type of activities are offered?

A:

We work together to fulfill the need for field trips, weekly recreation activities, testing, academic fairs and co-op classes.  Please see the opportunities to serve others within REACH as well as in the community in our Opportunities of Service document.  We appreciate your encouragement and patience as we serve each other in our homeschools for God’s honor and glory.
