Hi, I’m Jess Fryer — proud wife mom of three (Kohl, Jace, and Callie) and the owner of Liazzo’s Catering for the past 20 years. I’m not a classically trained chef, just someone who genuinely loves preparing, serving, and eating food from all over the world. This semester I’m excited to share that love with you as we cook from scratch, try new flavors, and build real kitchen confidence together.
