Mrs. Teresa Fuson To All Instructors

My name is Teresa and I'm in my 7th year of homeschooling. I was one of those people who said, " I would never homeschool." Throughout the years, God changed my heart and had me pull my two older boys out of school right before 5th and 6th grade. Working at American Christian School for 3 years as a substitute teacher and preschool assistant helped me gain the confidence to take that step of faith to start homeschooling. I have found out that I absolutely love homeschooling.  A few years into it, God led me to a documentary series called, "The Most Dangerous Ways to School." He used that to ignite a passion inside of me to want to help people learn how to read and write in order to get out of poverty. I pray that some day, God will send me to the mission field to do that. I have also taught ESL to adults and would welcome teaching it to children if given the opportunity. My heart is to cultivate a family like community at Cornerstone Co-op with Jesus being the center of it all.
