Mrs. Kelly Dunagan To All Instructors
Kelly Broedlow Dunagan is a seasoned attorney with over 20 years of litigation experience in business, trust, employment, and education law. Her legal career includes significant litigation and appellate work on behalf of individuals, businesses, and public entities in both state and federal courts. Kelly has served as lead and second-chair counsel in trials, arbitration and mediation, and has handled complex discovery, expert witness preparation, and oral arguments on appeal.
In the education sector, she has advised California school districts on special education matters, including proceedings before the Office of Administrative Hearings and compliance issues during the COVID-19 pandemic.
In 2022, Kelly answered a calling from the Lord to co-develop and lead Influence Learning Center, blending her legal insight with a deep commitment to educational innovation rooted in faith.
