Responsibilites and Expectations
As a participating parent or guardian in Labyrinth Homeschool Co-op (the “Co-op”), I understand and agree to the following responsibilities and expectations:
-
Co-op Structure: I understand that Labyrinth is a homeschool cooperative, not a school, and that parents and guardians hold primary responsibility for their children’s educational experience while participating in Co-op activities.
-
Presence Requirement: I will remain present and on-site at all times while my child or children are at Labyrinth. I understand that my presence is essential for maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
-
Supervision of Young Children: I will ensure that any young children who are not participating in a class remain within my eyesight at all times. I am solely responsible for their safety and behavior while on Co-op property.
-

-

Our Mission
Labyrinth Home Education Co-op (“Labyrinth”) is dedicated to supporting homeschooling families by organizing educational classes, community events, and providing a supportive community. We encourage teachers to share sufficient class information to help families select classes that align with their home teachings and family values.
In turn, we require families to approach participation in Labyrinth with a cooperative attitude, helping us maintain a safe, effective, and efficient environment. All families are responsible for familiarizing themselves with and adhering to Labyrinth’s policies and procedures, which are posted on the Labyrinth website. We hold all members—adults and children—to high standards of respectful behavior.
Labyrinth supports the belief that a strong family foundation is vital for children’s well-being, and we strive to foster an environment where respect, learning, and sharing thrive.
Acknowledgement and Agreement
