We, the families of Ignite Homeschool Ministries, affirm our commitment to the above Statement of Faith. By signing below, we acknowledge and agree to uphold these beliefs during our participation in Ignite's activities, events, and programs.

God

We believe in a personal God, creator of heaven and earth, who has revealed Himself as one God existing in 3 persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit; each distinct yet of one essence.

Son

We believe Jesus Christ to be the virgin-born Son of God who lived in flesh, died for the sins of the world, was buried, rose again, ascended to the Father, and will return in power and glory according to the Scriptures.

Holy Spirit

We believe God as the Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin and unrighteousness, works in the life of each believer to produce Godly character, and demonstrates Himself in the life of the church through the use of all the Biblical gifts of the Spirit given to each believer to carry out the mission of the kingdom of God.

Salvation of Man

We believe man was created in the image of God. Through disobedience and selfishness, he experienced both physical and spiritual death. The death of Jesus Christ was the final and complete sacrifice for the sins of humanity. Salvation is obtained by grace through faith in Him. All who repent of their sins and receive Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord are born again and regenerated by the Holy Spirit as children of God.

The Bible

We believe in the accuracy, truth, authority, and power of the Holy Scriptures as the Word of God. It is truth provided for the believer as a tool to know God’s heart and ways.

The Church

We believe that those who have placed their faith in Christ are knit together in one body, the Church. To remain healthy, the body’s members must work together, with each part contributing to each other’s growth and maturity. Since the Church represents Jesus Christ to the world, God works through the Church to reconcile humanity to Himself and be His demonstration of love to the world He came to save.

Gender

We believe that God wonderfully and immutably creates each person as male or female, and this gender is assigned by God, at birth. These two distinct, complementary genders together reflect the image and nature of God (Genesis 1:27; Matthew 19:4).

Marriage

We believe the term “marriage” has only one meaning: the uniting of one man and one woman in a single, exclusive union, as delineated in Scripture (Genesis 2:24; Ephesians 5:31).

We believe that God intends sexual intimacy to occur only between a man and a woman who are married to each other (I Corinthians 7:2; Hebrews 13:4).

We believe that God has commanded that no intimate sexual activity be engaged in outside of a marriage between a man and a woman (I Corinthians 7:2; Hebrews 13:4).

Membership & Membership Fee

Each student registering is required to pay an annual Membership Fee
Membership Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
The membership fee for 2025/2026 is:
$155 per student registered (March-May)
$ 175 per student registered (June-July)
$ 200 per student registered (August-January)
*Registration in February or March 2026 will be on a case-by-case basis.
When the membership application or renewal is completed, an invoice will be sent for the non-refundable membership fee.
Membership Fees for each student must be paid before class registration will be complete.

Class Registration & Class Deposits

When you register for a class, you are committing to the class. An invoice for the Class Deposit will be automatically generated.
The Class Deposit will be due at the time of registration to hold your student's spot.
The Class Deposit for each class is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Class Deposit must be paid within 48 hours to hold the spot in the class.
Please only select the classes you plan on taking. Selecting classes in the attempt to hold them while you decide will not be allowed. Please be considerate of other families trying to register for classes.

Supply/Lab Fees, Textbooks, & Supplies

Supply and Lab fees vary by class and tutor.
Fees are collected by Ignite on the tutor's behalf and paid directly to the tutor.
Supply/Lab fees are due by 8/1/2025 (Second Semester Supply/Lab fees due 1/1/2026 if applicable)
Textbooks are the responsibility of the parent, unless otherwise noted by the tutor.
Class supplies required by the tutor are the responsibility of the parent.

Tutoring Fee - Due Monthy (September-March)

Monthly Tutoring Fees are due on the 1st of each month starting 9/1/2025 through 3/1/2026.
The Class Deposit will be applied to the April tutoring fee if the account is in good standing. (It will not be applied to any other month or any other class.)
An account in good standing is one where the semester commitments have been upheld and on time, as listed below.
Late Fees of $10 per class will be added to unpaid invoices on the 6th each month.

Financial Commitment & Dropping Classes

Once registered, classes cannot be dropped by the parent, drops must go through an Ignite administrator.
If a class is dropped before August 17, 2025, parents are not responsible to pay the full semester/year. (Class Deposits will not be refunded or transferred.)
If a class is dropped on or after August 18, 2025, parents are financially committed to pay the entire Fall semester’s tutoring fees, which includes September, October, November, December. (Class Deposits are not transferable to cover these months.)
If a class is dropped before January 4, 2026, parents are not responsible for paying the second semester. (Class Deposit will not be refunded or transferred.)
If a class is dropped on or after January 5, 2026, parents are financially committed to pay the entire Spring semester’s tutoring fees, which includes January, February, March. (Class Deposits are not transferable to cover these months.)

By agreeing below, I certify that I have read, understand, and agree to the financial agreement set forth by Ignite Homeschool Ministries. I acknowledge my responsibility to fulfill all financial obligations, including tutoring fees, class deposits, supply/lab fees, and any other costs associated with enrollment. I understand that failure to meet these obligations may result in penalties, holds on my account, or other actions as outlined in Ignite's financial policies.

4. LIABILITY WAIVER AGREEMENT

I, the undersigned participant and/or parent/guardian, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in consideration for being permitted by Ignite Homeschool Ministries to participate in all activities set forth by Ignite:

Assumption of Risk: I am aware that participating in all programs, classes and events at Ignite involves certain risks, including but not limited to risks, such as physical injury, property damage, etc. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

Release and Waiver: I hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue Ignite Homeschool Ministries, any of the church campuses partnering with Ignite, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents (collectively referred to as "Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action for any injuries, damages, or losses that may arise out of my participation in any Ignite programs, classes or events.

Medical Treatment Authorization: In the event of an emergency, I authorize Ignite and its representatives to secure and consent to medical treatment on my behalf if I am unable to do so.

Agreement to Follow Rules: I agree to follow all rules, policies and guidelines set forth by Ignite, in the family handbook, during all Ignite gatherings.

5. STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCT

By paying the Ignite membership fee and signing the Ignite Statement of Faith, parents and students honor all agreements in this Family Handbook. Should a disagreement arise, Ignite will use this handbook as the standard for decision making.

As a student of Ignite Homeschool Ministries, I understand and commit to uphold the following principles:

Christian Values: I will strive to live according to Christian values, including love, honesty, integrity, respect, and compassion, in all my interactions with others.

Respect for Authority: I will respect the authority of tutors, staff, and administrators, recognizing their role in guiding and nurturing my academic, personal, and spiritual growth. In addition, I will follow all Ignite policies as indicated in this handbook.

Respect for Others: I will treat all members of the Ignite community with kindness, dignity, and respect, regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, or background. I will also not participate in any public displays of affection, including kissing and excessive physical touch.

Personal Integrity: I will act with honesty and integrity in all my academic endeavors, avoiding plagiarism, cheating, and dishonest behavior.

Responsible Citizenship: I will contribute positively to the Ignite community by participating in activities that promote the common good and by respecting property and resources utilized by Ignite for classes and events.

Student Safety: I will remain in areas supervised by Ignite staff and tutors at all times. In addition, I will not walk off campus without an adult present.

Student Drivers: I will provide a Student Driver Form to Ignite Administration before driving to or from campus.

Positive Communication: I will communicate respectfully and constructively with my peers, tutors, and staff, seeking to resolve conflicts peacefully and promoting a culture of understanding and cooperation.

Dress Code: I will abide by the Ignite dress code while at Ignite classes or events.

Alcohol, Drugs, Vape and Tobacco: I will not use or bring any alcohol, illegal drugs, vape or tobacco products during/to any Ignite campuses or events.

Weapons: I will not bring any weapons to any Ignite campuses or events. This includes all knives, firearms, flammable materials (matches, lighters, etc.), or other items that may cause physical harm. Items such as piercing guns, tattoo supplies, etc. are strictly prohibited.

Technology Usage: I will not use my cell phone, tablet or laptop in class without permission from my tutor. I will deposit my phone at the beginning of class without complaint if a tutor asks me to. I also will not watch, listen to or play games with inappropriate language or content while at Ignite campuses or events.

Social Media and Digital Citizenship: I will use social media and digital technologies responsibly, avoiding cyberbullying, inappropriate content, and behaviors that could harm others in the Ignite community.

Violation of this code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including suspension or expulsion, at the discretion of Ignite administration.

6. PARENT CODE OF CONDUCT

As a parent or guardian of a student enrolled at Ignite Homeschool Ministries, I understand and commit to uphold the following principles:

Support of Christian Values: I will actively support the Christian values and principles upon which Ignite is founded, according to the Statement of Faith.

Respect for Ignite Authority: I will respect the authority of the Ignite administration, tutors, and staff, recognizing their expertise and commitment to the academic, personal, and spiritual development of all students.

Positive Engagement: I will engage positively with the Ignite community when interacting with my child(ren)’s tutors, administration, or with other Ignite families.

Respectful Communication: I will communicate respectfully and constructively with tutors, staff, and other parents, seeking to resolve any concerns or conflicts through peaceful and respectful dialogue. I will also inform the Ignite tutors and staff if my child(ren) will be absent.

Support for Ignite Policies: I will support and uphold the policies and guidelines established by Ignite, including those related to behavior, dress code, academic expectations, and discipline.

Encouragement of Academic Excellence: I will encourage my child to strive for academic excellence, supporting their efforts to succeed academically in accordance with Christian principles. I commit to partner with tutors to help my child(ren) complete assignments without plagiarism, cheating, or misuse of AI.

Responsible Use of Technology: I will take responsibility for mine and my child’s use of social media and digital technologies, avoiding cyberbullying, inappropriate content, and behaviors that could harm others in the Ignite community.

Respect for Others: I will teach my child to treat all members of the Ignite community with kindness, dignity, and respect, regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, or background.

Respect for Property: I will assume responsibility for any damage incurred by my child(ren), and I will replace or repair any damaged property (including property utilized by Ignite or belonging to another student).

Student Transportation: I will ensure my student is on time for classes and picked up within 10 minutes of the end of their last class. I will also submit a Driver’s Information Form to Ignite administration if my student will be driving to and from Ignite, or an authorized pickup form for K-2nd grades.

Financial Commitment: I will fulfill my financial obligations to Ignite in a timely manner, recognizing the importance of fiscal responsibility in sustaining Ignite’s mission and programs.

Conflict Resolution: In the event of any conflicts or disagreements with Ignite tutors, staff, or other families, I will seek resolution in a spirit of humility, patience, and reconciliation, striving to maintain harmony and unity within the Ignite community. I will also assume responsibility to peacefully resolve conflicts between my child(ren) and other students by contacting their parents.

Violation of this code of conduct may result in a meeting with Ignite administration to address concerns and, if necessary, may impact the continued enrollment of your student(s) at Ignite.
