Yes, families will be responsible for purchasing some of the textbooks/workbooks for their children. A booklist will be provided in July. Families with children in grades 1-6 can expect a book cost ranging from $20-$50. Grades 7-8 are slightly more with a range of $80-100 if buying brand new. We encourage all of our members to look at used books and will send out recommendations on where to find them along with the booklist.

Lunch & Mass

Question

How does lunch work on elective and core days?

Answer

Classes will end at 12:30 on Tuesdays with pickup happening at that time so there will be no lunch after. Lunch and Recess/Fellowship will be following the 12:10 Mass on Thursdays.

Question

If I choose the core day to be my drop off day, when do I pick up my children?

Answer

Parents must be on campus by 12:00 on Thursdays. Parents are expected to sit with their younger children (1st-4th grades) at Mass and lunch. Older students may sit with their friends, but still need a parent present. There will be an optional lunch time following Mass that parents will be responsible for their children.

Yes, younger children can be with you during the day. You may leave your younger children in the nursery during the hours of your primary and secondary assignments if you choose. If you are dropping off and leaving the school you can not drop off your nursery aged children.
