All area homeschooled Sophomores, Juniors & Seniors are welcome to attend. 2021 Seniors are welcome, also!
Dancing, Live D.J., Dinner, Photo Booth, and fun for all!
Dinner will include: Pasta with Chicken Alfredo or Meat Sauce
(gluten free option available)
Salad Bar & Beverage Station

PROM GUIDELINES:
- Each ticket holder should be signed up separately.
- Each ticket holder will be expected to complete a brief confirmation phone call to finalize their purchase. Student and parent can both be on the call.
- This event is not a "money-maker": the prom planning commitee is only collecting the amount necessary to cover all of the expenses of hosting this big event. Therefore, when sending your contribution money you are directed to choose "personal" and "trust this person", so there are no Paypal seller fees applied.
- DRESS CODE:
- Modesty is expected with all outfits.
- Ladies:
- this is a formal event.
- no cleavage.
- no bare midriff.
- no bare backs below shoulder blades.
- no slits above the knee.
- Gentlemen:
- this is a formal event.
- no t-shirts or jeans.
- dress shirt and dress slacks are expected and required.
- ties and jackets are required.
- Ladies:
- Modesty is expected with all outfits.
- Behavior befitting ladies and gentlemen is expected.
- Guidelines will be strictly enforced by not allowing admittance if they are not followed.
- No refunds will be given if you show up in an immodest outfit. This cannot be emphasized enough.
"TICKET" PRICES: (sign-up early to save!)
January 17 - February 13 = $60.00 each.February 14 - March 14 = $65.00 each -- OR -- $110 "couple special" *. ($20.00 savings)*designate in comments if splitting the cost or if one person will be paying for both.
- March 15 - April 8 = $65.00each. (SIGN-UPS END ON APRIL 8th, 2022 at midnight)
- No refunds can be given.
- However, a 'ticket' can be transferred to another person WITH PRIOR APPROVAL by a Prom 2022 event coordinator. We must be provided the transfer ticket holder's Name, Cellular #, email address, parent contact information, Homeschool Group's name, and they must complete the confirmation phone call to finalize the transfer. Call or email the contact below for ticket questions or to make a transfer.
- One of the signup questions is if we should send the payment request to the student's or the parent's email.
- We require the name of the homeschool group your family is a member of or type "guest".
- No refunds can be given.
NOW THAT YOU'VE READ THE GUIDELINES AND KNOW WHAT IS EXPECTED, HERE IS HOW TO SIGN UP FOR PROM 2022 AND SECURE YOUR SPOT IN THE EVENT!
Step 1: sign-up each person separately via the CHEACC website.
(that way we will have each student's and their parent's contact info)
Step 2: expect a text to arrange a confirmation phone call. A Prom 2022 Event Coordinator will text you to arrange a time.
Step 3: Whoever was chosen (either student or parent) as the email recipient for payment should look for a Paypal "money request" via email, from Prom Committee person Michelle Salerno.
- choose "trust this person". (see image below.) This will prevent seller fees from being applied--this is not a money-making event; the Prom Commitee is only collecting the amount required to cover the expenses of this big event.
- put your name in the "add message" area.
- Note: a PayPal account is not required, however, if you choose to check out as ‘guest’ using debit or credit card there might be fees applied for the purchaser.
Step 4: Process your contribution money quickly, to secure your space at the event.
Step 5: look for your confirmation of contribution payment via the payer's email and the ticket holder's email.
Step 6: plan to have a great evening at Prom 2022!

AT THE GATE, press the "call attendant" button on the kiosk. Tell the person you're going to the "Party at the Clubhouse", and they will remotely open the gate.
Please consider this extra step needed to enter the Valencia Lakes gated community when planning your route and arrival time.
