Monthly Meeting
We are having a Home Ec/Shop Fair at our April Monthly Meeting. Each participant will have table space for their display board and project. Please SIGN UP and choose a Division for your Student. We may have to combine or arrange the Divisions differently according to the number of sign ups. Signing up allows us to make sure there is adequate table space available. We also have to order Awards and arrange for Judges.
The Students will present their projects to the judges from 7pm-8pm. Be prepared to give a 2-3 minute Oral Presentation to the judges. The judges will finish up the judging while we are in our Business Meeting.
If you are doing a project you need to set up before the meeting. The doors will be open at 6:30pm for you to arrive and set up.
Please bring a Snack and Drink to share during the Break.
