FAQs
Q: |
What is a homeschool co-op? |
A: |
A homeschool co-op is a group of families coming together to share their homeschooling journey. Parents pitch in by teaching classes they enjoy or feel confident in, creating opportunities for students to learn in a group setting—especially for things like labs, projects, and collaborations. It’s also a great way for kids to build friendships and connect with others along the way. |

Q: |
Why do class levels overlap? Why not stick to strict grade levels? |
A: |
At Mosaic, we recognize that every child and every family is different. Rather than strict grade placement, we aim to honor what works best for each student. Our class levels are designed as flexible guidelines to help families choose the right fit:
These are suggestions, not limits. We encourage families to place their students where they will feel confident, challenged, and supported. |
