The Registration Process
Welcome to the Family Application, the first step in the registration process. There are four steps: 1) Family Application, 2) Student Application, 3) Score Approval, and 4) Payment of Dues.
First, fill out the Family Application (on this page). At the bottom of the page you will click a button that will take you to Step 2, the Student Application. This information will be sent to the advisor.
Then, in a separate email addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org, send a photo/scan of score results according to the requirements on the website that you believe will qualify your student for admission.
Once your application is received, the advisor will contact you with an accept/decline notification based on scores via email. At this point, you will be able to log in to the website using your username and password.
At the time of acceptance, you may pay the yearly dues of $35. While PayPal is preferred you may also pay by check at the first meeting. You will be sent an invoice for the dues on October 1st.
About this Form
Please ensure that all of the following information is given, even if not required:
- home phone,
- parent email,
- parent cell,
- student email,
- student cell (if applicable), and
- student date of birth.
Including this information will help to speed the application process.
Also, please note:
- "primary" and "secondary" names are the parents'
- students' names are added later under "children"
