About H.E.A.R.T.
HEART is a Christian support group based in the Kingwood/Atascocita/Humble (Houston, Texas) area.
HEART seeks to encourage families in their homeschooling endeavors by providing academic enrichment activities, social opportunities and support for children of all ages – and parents, too!
We also are a link in keeping families informed of developments in state and local laws, especially pertaining to the legal rights of parents to home educate their children.
HEART is divided into 4 segments:
- Little HEARTs
- HEART Elementary
- HEART Middle School
- HEART High School
Although there may be age-segregated areas for HEART, most activities are open to younger and older siblings.

Little HEARTS Baby to Kindergarten
The Little Hearts age group offers many activities for our youngest HEART members. Activities such as field trips and park days give parents a great way to connect with other parents and learn more about homeschooling while seeing their young children make new friends, learn new things, and explore new places. HEART Elementary 1st to 5th Grade
HEART Elementary offers many activities for curious, young minds. From field trips to museum classes, you’re sure to find a fun activity for your elementary student. Check out the HEART calendar for upcoming activities that are color coded purple for elementary students.
HEART Middle School & HEART High School
HEART MS/HS offers your older students many opportunities to connect with other homeschooled teens. Prom, the fall dance, different interest group clubs, and graduation are just some of the many ways HEART teens can socialize and connect. Look for activities on the HEART calendar color coded in blue.
GRADUATION
If your child will be graduating from high school during the current school year, we would love to have you join us in our May HEART graduation ceremony. Be sure to check the website for registration details in early fall of that school year. Preparation for the ceremony begins in the fall with a firm registration deadline by mid October and there are certain requirements to be aware of.
