Our group uses the IOWA test which most order through Seton Testing.
Testing times are approximate.
Each group of tests is a little different so there may be some fluctuation; please be flexible.
 
Our ABCs of TCHE Testing:
A.  Sign Up DEADLINE:  March 20, 2021
     1.  Location:    Calvary Baptist Church
                           17091 Jefferson Davis Hwy
                           Colonial Heights, VA 23834
     2.  Starting times:    8:30 am – 2:00 pm    Thursday, April 22, 2021
                                    8:45 am – 2:00 pm    Friday, April 23, 2021
                                    (times may vary by age group)
      3.  Click ADD ATTENDEE for each child.  Include their grade and Seton level of testing.
     4.  Followed by a picnic (weather permitting).  Please bring a sack lunch for you and your family.
       
B.  Pay Fees DUE:  March 31. (this IS NOT the same as signing up)
     Family Fee:  $12.00 Member / $17.00 Non-member.
       Pay via Cornerstone (CLICK HERE )Enter an amount in Testing that matches your family)
     OR
     mail check/money order to TCHE, PO Box 1136, Colonial Heights VA, 23834. (mail checks by March 27)
 
C.  TEST ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS: Order by March 20
     You can begin ordering your tests immediately.
     **Test must be order NO LATER THAN March 20, 2020
     Prices range from $32.00 - $40.00
  1. Log in OR Create an account: www.setontesting.com
  2. Click: For Individual, Standardized Tests, then IOWA Form E
  3. Scroll down to TEST VERSION: 
    1. K - 2nd choose Consumable.
    2. 3rd -12th choose Reusable.
  4. Go to TEST LEVEL:
    1. Choose the approprate level from the Spring column.
    2. Choose how many of that test you need.
  5. Click Add to Cart.  REPEAT for as many tests as you need.
  6. Scroll to the top and click on your cart.
  7. Under EACH test, Add Student or choose from your previous students. (Click I’m Done after adding a student)
  8. Test Agreement Required: Click-"I am not the administrator," and fill in the form.  PAY ATTENTION to the format indicated
  9. Test Administrator: 
    1. Administrator Information.  Use the following information:

      3. Click SIGN
  10.   Select or Add the administrator, James Dial
  11.   Select Test Week:  Mon Apr 19 - Sun Apr 25
  12.   Click Continue.
  13.   Fill in your payment information, check the Policy Agreement box, then click Place Order.
  14.   You can choose to have your tests sent to you or the Dials.  If sent to the Dials, we will notify you when it arrives.
