The Myth of "Normal" with guest speaker Lucee Price

How many times have YOU told yourself that it just isn’t NORMAL for things to go “this way”? Or “If I were just NORMAL, I wouldn’t be struggling with these thoughts and emotions so much!”? Maybe you’ve said, “Why can’t I just be NORMAL” to yourself?

Lucee Price meets with many people who seek NORMAL and don’t know how to find it. Let her encourage you and spur you on to more effective and validating strategies that can combat the myriad of negative self-talk stories you tell yourself.

Lucee is a Registered Clinical Mental Health Counselor Intern with DBT Orlando. She specializes in using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) along with elements of IFS therapy. She loves being with people struggling with suicidality, self-harm, addictive and impulsive behaviors. Currently, she has clients from the age of 13 to 70 years old.
