ROCK Academy Online Enrollment Application

By completing this form, you are asking to join our ROCK Academy community for the 2019-2020 academic year.
After submitting your Membership Request, you will need to wait for approval from the Administrator. Approval will not be completed until after the Family Registration Fee ($50) is paid and all registration agreements are signed and returned. If your Family Registration Fee is not received within 2 weeks, your application will be deleted.
Please provide accurate and complete information, including full mailing address and an e-mail that you check regularly. Please also include your spouse's name, (if married) or the name of a guardian who is repsonsible for helping to homeschool. ROCK Academy never sells or gives away member information to any other organization. Ever. Your contact information is private to members of ROCK Academy only.
The Family Registration Fee is a $50, one-time, non-refundable fee the first time you register with ROCK Academy.
