June 3&4, 2023 – Playhouse 2000 presents Williams Shakespeare infamous Richard III
Directed by Jessica Sturm
Performances: June 2 and 3, Louise Hays Park at 8 pm
Playhouse 2000 partners once again with The City of Kerrville Parks and Recreation Department and the Tivy High School Technical Theater Department to bring the Shakespeare to our community free of charge. This year, for the first time, we are delving into the bard’s “History” plays, presenting perhaps the most famous of them. Join us in Louise Hays Park as we discover what follows “the winter of our discontent.”
Shakespeare in the Park is free and open to the public – no ticket required. Performances will be in the Cailloux Theater in the case of inclement weather.
