Welcome to the Hill Country Home School Association online registration application!

HCHSA requires annual dues of $30 before approving website access and membership. Dues go towards maintaining our website, our liability insurance, and a few HCHSA activities throughout the year. 

After submitting your request for membership, the following page will provide you with a PayPal link for payment. 

The membership year is from July 1st to June 30th, fees are not prorated.

Click the Add To Cart button to be lead to PayPal.com to submit a membership fee of $30. 

If unable to pay today, payment can be made via PayPal at a later time sent to HCHSAtreasurer@gmail.com.

Check is also accepted, please email HCHSAtreasurer@gmail.com for payment arrangements. 

Once payment is received, a group administrator will send you an email notifying of when you can log into the website.  The email will also include a link to our online Release of Liability form. A signed form is required for members who plan to attend any HCHSA activities.

 There are two classes of members which are admitted by household.

1.  Active members must:

a. Pay annual dues,

b. Be actively engaged in homeschooling.

2.  Affiliate members must:

a. Pay annual dues,

b. Be referred by an active member.

All current memberships, both Active and Affiliate, will be reset to renew on July 1st. All unpaid accounts will be "parked" as of August 1st and will be unlocked when memberships dues are paid for the current year. Payments not received by mid-August will be deleted.
