CHEF Kickoff Vendor Table Sign Up

The CHEF kickoff event will begin at 8:30 AM.  The general session and breakout sessions will run from 9 AM - 12 Noon.  The vendor hall will open at 12 Noon and close at 2 PM.  You may set up Friday night, July 28 or Saturday morning, July 29 between 8 AM - 11 AM. 

The vendor fee is $25 per table.

You may pay the fee via check (by mail) or PayPal.

Mail checks to : CHEF of Baton Rouge, PO Box 77675 Baton Rouge, LA 70879 (Please note your organization’s name in the MEMO area).

Once your payment is recieved, you will recieve confirmation of your vendor spot via email. All payments must be recieved or arrangements made by July 15. 

Please note, when signing up for your place in our vendor hall, you will be given ONE table. If you need more than one table you must sign up for an additional vendor spot.  Also, when signing up, it will ask if you are an attendee or a participant.  Please only mark your MAIN CONTACT as the participant.  Add all others in your party as an attendee so that we will know how many lunches to prepare.
