Some GPS' will have the visitor's center located in Gastonia, NC, but as long as the street address is the same as above, it will get you to the right place.

Additional Information

Joshua Oksnevad, a Ranger at Crowders Mountain State Park and Ranger Andrew Rawlings will be hosting FREE Wednesday morning interpretation and education programs at 10 AM at the Visitor's Center at the Sparrow Springs Access each week in 2019.

10AM - 11:30 AM on WEDNESDAYS 

Fire Building

Come learn with a Ranger how to start a campfire without matches, lighters or flammable liquids. Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing to be outside.
Age 10+
