Steps for Registration

Thank you for your interest in the Lancaster Learning Link!  We are now preparing for the 2023-2024 school year. We hold classes on Tuesdays from August to May. You can see the classes we are offering this year on the Class Schedule. All classes will be offered pending sufficient enrollment of students. We reserve the right to make changes to the schedule as needed. Any changes that do take place are made to accommodate teachers, seniors, juniors, sophomores, then freshmen, in that order of priority.

Please understand that some of these classes do fill up quickly as do the required service positions; therefore, we recommend pre-registering early enough to receive access to the website on June 1st.

In order to register for classes at the Learning Link, please complete the following steps:

  1. Read the documents explaining the Lancaster Learning Link. If you agree with the information contained therein, please continue to the next step.

  2. If you are new to the Learning Link (or if you did not participate this past year), you will need to request an account on our website(Returning Link families do NOT need to do this.)

  3. Read the Required Service Information Page.

  4. Complete the online registration forms. These documents must be completed anew every year.
    Family Pre-registration Form (one per family)

    Student Contract (one for each student attending the Link)

  5. Pay the pre-registration fees:
    1. Family fee - $40 per family, non-refundable (goes toward website and insurance costs)
    2. Student fee - $55 per student*, non-refundable (goes toward administrators’ and facility costs), * after July 1st, the student fee increases to $110.
    3. OR Student fee for taking only one semester's worth of single-semester classes (applies to some of the dual credit classes only; most of our classes are year-long) - $25 per student, non-refundable.

    Pre-registration payments can be made by cash or check (make payment out to "Lancaster Learning Link") or by online credit card payment. If paying by cash or check, please mail payment to:

    To use the online payment system, please use the Family Registration Form to request our treasurer send you an invoice. Then log into your Link account (which has limited functionality until your forms and payments are received) and pay online. Please note that there is a 3% processing fee.


  6. Once your Family Pre-registration Form, Student Contract(s), and fees have been received, you will be notified by e-mail that you have been granted full access to the website.  (Note that this process isn't automatic; it could take up to 24 hours for the registrar to enable your account.) You will then be able to sign up for required service hours and register for classes beginning June 1 at 8:00 AM when the classes open.

  7. To register for classes beginning on June 1st, return to the website and login using your own username/password. Please remember that you will also need to fill in your required service hours as you sign up for classes.
  • Click on "Classes" to see the schedule of classes. 
  • Click on the Class Name on the schedule (for example, Biology).
  • Check the box next to your student's name whom you wish to enroll in the class.  (The class tuition of $280 is for the entire year, not including any additional tuition owed to a college for Dual Credit classes).
  • Click "Register" to complete registration. 
  • For any class period during which your child will be on site but not in class, please register him/her for Study Hall.
  • When you are finished registering, click on "Manage Class Registrations" at the top right of the Class Schedule page.  You will then need to select the tab for "Future Classes." This will allow you to see a summary of the classes you have registered for.

    After registering for classes, if you wish to make any changes, simply login using your own username/password and make any necessary changes. You will not be able to make any changes after Orientation Night. After that date, you can make changes by contacting us at the email address below.
