The BCHE membership year is June 1 - May 30.
The cost of an annual membership is $30 per family.
Please take note of the following options:
If you are a present BCHE member and need to renew your membership for the upcoming year, please select from the options below.
- If you completed an approved Service Task during the previous membership year, you may be entitled to a discounted fee of $20 for the upcoming year. (If you see your name on the Service Task List, you are considered eligible for the Service Task discount. If you do not see your name but feel it is in error, please contact us at email@example.com.)
- Otherwise, the annual fee is $30 when paid between May 1 and December 31.
- If you are registering between January 1st and April 30, you may pay only $20 for a spring-only membership, but renewal will be required as of May 30 for the upcoming membership year.
As you renew your membership, we strongly encourage you to update your service task survey so that we can continue to work together to provide our children the best possible homeschool experience.
Payments can be made online via PayPal by selecting the appropriate option below or by sending a check payable to BCHE to the BCHE Treasurer, Ellen Gill, at 152 County Road 554, Athens, TN 37303. If you decide to mail your payment, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know to look for your payment in the mail.
