Please join us for the BCHE annual field day.
*Please be sure to sign up by April 25th so we can plan accordingly
We need around 25-30 teen volunteers (no charge for volunteering, of course). As a thank you for helping, these helpers will be given a pizza party later that day. We will need to have them arrive around noon that day to help set up.
This is not drop off event (except for those who only have teen volunteers). Parents are required to stay for the events and fill in where needed. We will need a few parents to assist in each age group, leading the children from event-to-event. You will be assigned a group when you check your child(ren) in that day.
To help the events run smoothly we once again request that you dress your child in a designated colored t-shirt. Any t-shirt is fine as long as the primary color of the shirt is the designated color for their age group.
3-4 year olds-WHITE
5-6 year olds- YELLOW
7-8 year olds-RED
9-10 year olds-ORANGE
11-12 year olds-GREEN
Teen Volunteers-2018 BCHE TSHIRT or WARM GREY COLOR TSHIRT
The cost is $1 per child, with a maximum of $4 per family.
Free to volunteeers!
***PARENTS*** Please have each child bring a water bottle with their name on it. We will have refilling water stations throughout the game areas.
