New Member Meeting - Fall 2023

Before the Fall session and class registration week begins, we will have required individual New Member meetings for potential new members. All meetings will be held on July 27th. After the close of signups on June 14, we will send out a Sign Up Genius link to all attendees, for potential new members to select a time slot.
This meeting is a critical part of your orientation to our co-op. We cover how our Group works and expectations of each family. This meeting will help us get to know each other and introduce you to our group, to know if the group will be a good fit for your family or not, prior to registering and paying for classes. We also go over the process of class registration (occurs the week following the meeting).
Children are welcome and encouraged to attend; however, no childcare is provided.
The New Member meeting has become an important element to a successful and enjoyable first session for all new families. After attending, if you are interested in joining you will be sent a link to register as a new family and pay the session fee . Unfortunately, if you are unable to attend, or miss your scheduled meeting time, you will not be able to attend the Fall session. (There will be another New Member Meeting prior to registration for the Spring session, in case the upcoming session's meeting date doesn't work for you.)

New Member meeting registration closes at 10pm on Wednesday, June 14th. We will then send out a Sign Up Genius link to all attendees, to select a time slot. Meetings will be held in person unless extenuating circumstances require an online (Zoom) meeting. If you cannot meet in person on July 27 but could do an online meeting only, please email the LT at the "Email the Event Coordinator" link below.
