If you were not a member of CFS Poway for the 2022-2023 year you need to request membership in the group by clicking HERE rather than using the renewal form below.

Membership expires on June 30th. Please note that if you have any fees outstanding in your family account, you will be unable to renew your membership until that is paid. If you are new to our group and requesting membership, you need to 'Request Membership'. 

*IF YOU HAVE NOT RENEWED BY 6/30, YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL BE PLACED ON PARKED STATUS AT 9 PM ON 6/30.*

A fee of $55 is required to renew for the 2023-24 school year as a regular member. 

There are 3 things you MUST do to RENEW your membership:

  1. Submit your volunteer signup. Each family is required to contribute to the success of CFS Poway by volunteering in one area. You may sign up HERE for your membership volunteer contribution. Please stop and complete this before signing up to renew as you will be asked to enter the job you signed up to do during the signup process. Your membership will not be activated if this has not been completed.
  2. Update your family informationYou must also update your family information including your children's new grade levels. Click HERE to update your address/phone/child info as needed. At a minimum, your students will need to be updated for their new grade level in the fall. You will not be fully renewed until your profile is updated to reflect the new year. **Note when signing up below PLEASE only sign up a parent for your whole family and choose 1 attending rather than signing up everyone individually for membership.**
  3. Pay your membership fee.

If your family is experiencing financial hardship, please contact membership@cfspoway.org regarding your situation.

To renew as an out-of-state member and for alumni families (all children graduated) the fee is $10.
If your family is employed in full-time ministry, then you may renew as a pastoral membership for $27.50.

If you participate in the co-op, this is a job IN ADDITION to your volunteer commitment if you join the co-op. If you are planning to participate in Co-op Class Day 2023-2024, you may sign up and pay your co-op fee beginning June 15th. You will not be able to register for classes unless you have registered and paid the co-op fee. Enrollment for this begins June 15th with class registration beginning on Aug 1st, 2nd, or 3rd depending on your registration priority. MEMBERSHIP EXPIRES ON 6/30/23.

IF YOU HAVE NOT RENEWED YOUR MEMBERSHIP (including submitting your volunteer signup, updating your family information, and paying your membership fee), YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE PLACED ON PARKED STATUS. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REGISTER FOR ACTIVITIES OR CLASSES OR ACCESS MEMBER-ONLY SECTIONS OF THE  WEBSITE WHILE ON PARKED STATUS.
