Graduation 2021 Signup
PLEASE CAREFULLY DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ENTRIES. YOUR DIPLOMA WILL BE PRINTED AS ENTERED.
CFS Poway's graduation ceremony for the seniors of Class of 2021 will be held on June 5th at Living Way Church.
If your senior is participating in our ceremony, today is the deadline to sign up AND submit payment in full for your order and to participate in graduation. Please careully complete the order questionnaire in your signup as your order will be placed exactly as typed in this signup.
Please note when entering a title for the signature blocks is optional and may be left blank. Some examples of title are: Principal, Head of School, Administrator, Director, Father's Name, Mother's Name, etc. If none is desired, enter N/A.
All families are asked to volunteer for graduation, please sign up here.
