What is required for the Family Registration?

We need the following from all families:
- Required Registration Forms
- Background Check Authorization
- Family Registration Fee

Who approves my Family Registration? How long will it take?
Approval for Family Registrations is a manual process completed by the LCHA Board. Our board is made up of Parent Volunteers, just like you! Therefore, we kindly ask that you allow 2-3 business days for your Family Registration to be approved. Family Registrations are processed in the order that they are received. We ask that your Registration Forms are completed well in advance so you will be ready to register for classes on your Registration Date.
I completed the Pre-Registration forms and paid the registration fee, but I have not received a confirmation email. Is there anything else I need to do?
There is nothing else that you need to do. Due to certain limitation in our computer system, we need to finish the current school year before we can accept families for the next school year. The Board will not complete this process of transition until late May.
You can expect your Family Registration confirmation email around late May / early June.
When can I register for classes?
Class Registration Begins:
June 3 - Teachers and Board
June 10 - Returning Families
June 17 - New Famillies
You may register any time following your registration tier date. However, some classes do fill up quickly! To ensure a quality education, we MUST limit the number of students in each class. If a class is closed due to reaching the class maximum, you may reigster to be added to the waitlist. There is no guarentee that your child will be added to the class, but if another student drops, they will be added in their order on the waitlist.
Can anyone see my personal information from the Background Check?
No, the background check is completed through a 3rd party, Protect My Ministry. We are not able to see your personal information, like your SSN, jobs, or previous home addresses.

We are a homeschool co-op providing cafeteria style academic and enrichment classes for students in Pre-k through High School, including classes eligible for High School credit.
Classes are offered face to face in person once a week combining both home study with a once a week class meeting or lab - the best of both worlds!
We would love to meet you! Come join us as we learn, make new friends, and have fun!
