Moms' Night Out!
WHO CAN ATTEND?
Moms' Night Out is for ... MOMS, of course! Nursing babies are also most heartily welcome. Not a member yet? You are welcome to come check out one of our Moms' Night Out events BEFORE you join! Just remember that we are a Christian, faith-based group and you must be willing to sign our Statement of Faith to become a member.
WHEN:
Tuesday, November 12th, 7 pm. Doors open between 6 and 6:30. Please arrive by 6:30 pm if you have curriculum to sell. (Moms' Night Out is always second Tuesday of the month, August through May. Mark your calendars!)
WHERE:
Lakeland Bible Church, 1725 Parker Rd, Lakeland, 33811, five minutes off the Polk Parkway
NOVEMBER'S MAIN EVENT:
What does your homeschool day look like? What is the difference between your "goals" for the day and reality? This month we will explore "A Day in the Life of a Homeschool Mom," and share with each other how we each accomplish running a home and teaching our children. To be sure, it is ALL achieved by His strength working through us! Our day will certainly look different from mom to mom, as we each are different and unique and so are our husbands and children. Come and learn from each other, get some new ideas, be encouraged and appreciate the wonderful differences in the crowning glory of God's creation-YOU.

Secondary Education-High School and Beyond

FOOD:
Of course, no Moms' Night Out is complete without some yummy snacks! This year we will have snack sign-ups. Nothing extravagant is necessary (sweet or salty/savory). Every month that you bring a snack, your name will get TWO RAFFLE TICKETS entered to win a gift at the end of the year. Sign-ups will be offered at each meeting.
