Registering with Helping Other Parents Educate
Helping Other Parents Educate will be accepting Class Registrations for the 2017-2018 school year for current families on March 15th 2017. Families that will be new to H.O.P.E. may begin registering online on April 15, 2017. A $50 registration fee is due upon registering to hold your spot.
Step 1 - Update Your Profile
- Go to "Edit My Profile" found at the very top right of the screen.
- Update any outdated information. **NOTE: Complete the Primary Name information for the parent who will be attending co-op regularly. (If more than one parent may be attending, please make a note to the Administrator on your profile page.)
- List every attending child enrolling in the coming school year from Nursery through 12th grade. Your child(ren) must be listed in your profile in order to be registered for classes. Please update the grade they will be in for Fall 2017.
- If your child has allergies or health concerns, include that information in the profile. Answer all required questions and then Submit the form with the updated changes.
Step 2 - Register for Classes
Current members will begin registering March 15th, 2017. New families will begin registering April 15th, 2017. Register each attending child on the Class Registration page. Also register one family member under the Registration Fee and Family Fee. A complete summary of your family's registered classes and total tuition due can be seen by selecting "View Class Registration Summary" on the Class Registration page. You can verify that all children are properly registered.
Step 3 - Submit Registration Fee
After you have officially registered please click on the Outstanding Balance icon on the top right corner. Select the $50 Registration fee and pay online immediately to hold your registration. If you do not pay your invoice within seven days of registering, we will cancel the invoice and your spot will NOT be held.
Step 4 - Submit Tuition
Tuition will be due on August 15th, 2017. Upon registering your balance will automatically be updated online to show all tuition charges. You can view the outstanding balance and pay the invoice at any point between registering and August 15th, 2017. Registrations received after August 15th will have Tuition due immediately.
Step 5- Submit Family fee
After fall fundraisers close, invoices will be adjusted for the $100 Family fee. If you have fundraised to offset this cost, a price adjustment will reflect the outstanding balance. Family fees will be due December 15th, 2017.
Disclaimer: Classes offered to students for the 2017-2018 school year are tentative and will be finalized in August based on student enrollment and teacher availability.
Online Registration Instructions for New Families-2017-2018
Registration for new families will be open April 15, 2017. A $50 registration fee is due upon registering. Prior to April 15th you may request membership but it will not be approved until the Registrar verifies that there is space for your whole family. Memberships will be approved in the order they are received based on availability-for example, if you are waiting for a Kindergarten spot at the top of the waiting list, someone else may be approved first that does not need a Kindergarten spot. Enrollment in Helping Other Parents Educate - H.O.P.E. is a privilege that can be revoked without refund of tuition. Authority to deny or revoke enrollment resides with the Board.
