By "Requesting Membership" you are requesting access to our member website and access to Class Registrations for the 2017-2018 school year. Before 4/15/2017 new families are placed on a waiting list to allow current families priority registration. After 4/15/2017 please contact the Registrar prior to registering to ensure there will be space for your family or view the Class Registration on the home page to view class availability.
Before completing your membership registration, familiarize yourself with our Statement of Faith and Purpose, our Parent Responsibilites, Student Code of Conduct, the Policies and Forms, and the Fees/Tuition. Many policies are also reviewed in the FAQ for your review to ensure that Helping Other Parents Educate will suit your homeschooling needs.
List every attending child enrolling in the coming school year (2017-2018) from Nursery through 12th grade.
If your child has allergies or health concerns, this information will be placed in a spreadsheet that will be in the Classroom Monitor binder that travels with your child’s class. That way the monitor will know of the allergy, should the need arise.
Disclaimer: Classes will be grouped based on enrollment, with a goal of no more than 20 students per combined class. First grade may rotate or run as it's own class. We plan to offer two Pre-K classes and a separate Kindergarten class, or these classes may be combined, based on enrollment. If they are combined, two year-olds would remain a part of the nursery. All classes are based on teacher availability.
Helping Other Parents Educate – H.O.P.E. is formed as a tax-exempt private school under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. In order for HOPE to maintain this non-profit status, we must keep and report records of our students and staff’s racial composition for the IRS each year. This information is confidential.
Once your request has been approved you may register for all Fees and Classes online. In the top right corner of the website will show your outstanding balance. Please click on this to view your invoices. Select the Registration fee and option to Pay Now. Paying the $50 registration fee guarantees you a spot in the co-op. Emails will be sent in August to remind you to pay the tuition balance by August 15th.
**NOTE: Complete the Primary registrant information for the spouse who will be attending co-op regularly.
