CCCHG Annual Kickoff Meeting

Learn about our Homeschool Group. Get updates for the 2019-2020 school year, meet new members, pay your membership annual dues, order t-shirts (optional), discuss Co-op class program, field trip and event planning, yearbook, and lots more! Please share this information and invite others that you think are interested in joining our group or homeschooling this year!

When: Thursday, August 1st, 2019

6:00 – 7:00 PM : Meeting Session in Sanctuary: Info and updates on CCCHG and GRACE Co-op, Q & A with leaders.

7:00 - 8:30 PM Meeting Session in Fellowship Hall: refreshments, payments, background checks, etc., co-op planning session, purchase t-shirts

BRINGING CHILDREN: We try to be child-friendly due to the nature of our "business", but this meeting is for parents to find out about our group, to receive updates, and to take care of administrative tasks. Our kickoff meeting is our biggest meeting of the year, with many new families attending. If you can at all leave the kiddos home with grandma or dad, especially for veterans, it just lessens the load and the chaos with the kids that will have to come. Childcare is available BY RESERVATION, at $5 per child. (This will be provided by our senior students with adult oversight as a fundraiser for the Annual End-of-Year Celebration.) Space is limited, please email info@ccchomeschool to reserve your space in childcare by Monday, July 29th. If you are inviting a new homeschooler, please make sure to reserve childcare for them if needed. No unsupervised children at this event, they must be in childcare. Infants under 1 yr can stay with mom.

What to Bring: $ For membership payments, photo ID for background checks (Required for new members), $ for T Shirts if desired.

* Credit Card/Check/Cash accepted for membership annual dues and T-Shirt orders at meeting.
