Contact our principal, Valerie Pellegrino, pelicus6@gmail.com or 239-218-7536.  You must be a resident of Lee County, Florida to enroll in the school.  The enrollment forms can be found on the website under New Student Enrollment.  You will also need to provide a copy of your child's birth certificate, cumulative records or transcripts if your child was previously enrolled in school or copies of prior test scores or teacher evaluations if your child was homeschooled, immunization records and health forms.  Email all completed forms and required documents to SHJPSforms@gmail.com.

We require the following:

1.  Submit monthly attendance for each student;

2.  Attend a minimum of 5 school functions;

3.  Submit standardized test scores or a teacher evaluation by a licensed Florida teacher; and

4.  Submit a porftolio review form;
