CHALC is looking for people who want to rent a table to sell their used curriculum!
The sale is being held at Grace Baptist Church on Saturday, April 1st. Arrival time for sellers is 8:00 am (check-in & you will be directed to your table). There is no community freebie table or dumpster access, so please take your unsold curriculum with you and clear off the tables as soon as you can after 12:00 pm.
The cost is $15 per table. All individual tables are 8 ft rectangular. If renting 2 or more tables, a large round table may be substituted for a rectangular table to maximize the layout (typically at the ends of rows). Two chairs will be included with each table rental.
The sale will be open to shoppers from 9 am to 12 pm. (There is no entrance fee for shoppers.)
Payment should be made by check, payable to CHALC, and mailed to PO Box 480, Leola, PA 17540. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation once payment has been received.

CHALC would love to have 8 to 10 helpers for set up & tear down, people to man the door, help consignors, etc. Receive a gift from CHALC for helping! Teens are welcome to volunteer as well! Email Carla at accounting@chalc.org or Jenn at jhardebeck3@yahoo.com to volunteer.
