If you are selling new educational items or you want to promote a service, a group, or a business, you are considered a vendor. Please contact scrawls@chalc.org before registering.  A limited number of vendor tables are permitted and must be in the educational/ homeschool field.

Your check must arrive by Wednesday, April 18th. 
A confirmation will be emailed to you from scrawls@chalc.org when your check is received.
All payments must be made in advance. 
Payment will NOT be accepted at the door on the day of the sale.

All sellers, please note that there are a few essential rules that must be respected…
  • Doors open at 7 am for sellers that have rented tables…and the doors open for shoppers from 8 am until noon on Saturday, April 21st.
  • When arriving Saturday morning, please unload on the south side near the gymnasium doors.  After you have unloaded, please move your car to the north lot.  This will allow ample parking for our shoppers.
  • Only the sale of used curriculum will be permitted. The sale of other items such as Pampered Chef, Tupperware, clothing, household items, baked goods, and other such items are not permitted.  You will be asked to remove these items if you display them.
  • You will set your own prices, man your own table and you're in charge of payment/change at your own table.
  • There will not be a free table.  If you have free items, you can display them at your table. 
  • ALL empty boxes and sale items must be removed from the church grounds when you leave.  No exceptions.  If your items don't sell, you must take them with you.
