Mrs. Julie Conrad To All Instructors

Julie Conrad has been a choral director and music teacher for twenty-two years. She has taught children of all ages, as well as adults. Mrs. Conrad graduated Summa Cum Laud from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Music degree, with an emphasis in Choral Music Education. She taught chorus at Lovejoy High School and Stockbridge High School. She directed a community chorus called the Tara Choral Guild for seven years. Mrs. Conrad has thirty years’ experience as an accompanist for school choruses, vocalists, instrumentalists, and church choirs. She has six years’ experience teaching church children’s choirs. Mrs. Conrad serves as accompanist and associate director of the senior adult choir, called the Silvertones, at First Baptist Church of Morrow. She serves in the same capacity for the senior adult choir at Liberty Hill Baptist Church in Hampton, Georgia. She visits and plays piano at local nursing homes regularly. Mrs. Conrad enjoys bird-watching, arts and crafts, photography, and music recording. Mrs. Conrad has been married to her husband Christopher Conrad for fifteen years; they have two children, Kelly and Benjamin. Mrs. Conrad and her family are active members at Liberty Hill Baptist Church in Hampton, Georgia.
