Please fill out this form completely.  The registrar may contact you before sending the transcript, and will send you an email after it is sent.  You should contact the receiving institution in about 14-21 days to make sure they have received your transcript.

Free - Transcripts that are complete, and require no changes (including adding/removing ACT/SAT scores), sent out to the receiving institution in approximately 7-14 days.

$15 - Rush fee - Transcripts needed in less than 7 days, but that are complete and require no changes.

$30 - Rush fee - Transcripts needed in less than 7 days, but are incomplete or require changes besides the current year's records.

The Registrar will contact you with further instructions.  If you need to pay a rush fee, you will submit a brief form again to access the Paypal links.
