Required Testing for High School
- Students in High School should take the ACT at least once before the end of their Junior year and score a minimum of 16 to graduate. A score of 21 or higher is needed to graduate with Honors.
You must register for this test at www.actstudent.org.
Results must be turned in to the school Administrator no later than April 1, 2014.
- Parents of High School students who know their students cannot take or who are unable to take the ACT must contact the School Administrator for approval to take the California Achievement Test (CAT). Students should take the CAT before December of their Senior year to be eligible to graduate from Heritage Christian School.
A graduation ceremony will take place in May of each school year on the same day as the Kindergarten graduation. Graduation fees, $125.00, are due at the end of the first semester. Seniors must have met the schools minimum requirements for graduation and have approval from the School Administrator prior to graduation day to receive their diploma and participate in the ceremony. Parents and students are required to participate in the planning of the event. Planning will start after the 2nd Quarter Grade Day.
