Once in the private side, please find the Fee link under the header to pay your annual fee by July 24th then feel free to explore the calendar and upcoming classes.

1. If you are new to East Central Indiana Homeschool Co-op please tell us how you found us. If you are friends with current members please tell us who. Returning Members just type "returning". 2. If you have an HSLDA number please list it here. We are eligible for an insurance discount if we have 10 members. If you do not have a membership just put a zero in the box. 3. Do you have any specialized skills that you feel could benefit our co-op? Ex: Pianist, 501C3 background, business, web design....

4. East Central Indiana Homeschool Co-op (ECIHC) exists to support homeschool families with fellowship and enrichment opportunities. ECIHC defines Homeschooling as parent-directed, home-based, and privately-funded education. They reserve the right to maintain the integrity of the group through the removal of any membership that does not support these policies or otherwise interferes with the harmony and function of the group.

Membership Fees are due by July 28th or my account will be parked.
Class & Choir fees are to be paid at the time of sign up. Classes and choirs showing as not paid at 9 pm each evening will be deleted from the roster.
There will be no sign up allowed once registration has closed.
Age for choirs and classes is determined by the students age 1 week prior to the Co-op semester starting. Students may only register for classes within their age bracket.
ECIHC is not a drop off program. As the parent/guardian I am held solely responsible for the safety and behavior of my child(ren) at all times. I agree to supervise and be attentive to my children at all co-op functions.
- Students not enrolled in a class are not allowed to roam building. Parents need to know where they are in case of emergency.
- My child(ren) is expected to follow instructions, participate, and respect the authority of the Teachers and their Assistants.
- I will respect the property and facilities that Homeschool Habitat utilizes and will require the same of my children and guests.
- I assume all risk of physical injury and/or any other injury that could result from our participation in any of the activities or events that we participate in through Homeschool Habitat. By attending any event or meeting of East Central Indiana Homeschool Co-op, your family is assuming all risks of injury, illnesses, and viruses. You acknowledge the contagious nature of all viruses, including, but not limited to COVID-19, and voluntarily assume the risk that you and your family may be exposed to or infected by any illness or virus. You also acknowledge that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by any and all illnesses or viruses may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of yourself and/or others, including, but not limited to, East Central Indiana Homeschool Co-op employees, contractors, volunteers, members, and participants and their families. You agree to assume all the foregoing risks, waive liability against East Central Indiana Homeschool Co-op, Community Bible Church, and any other listed parties, and accept sole responsibility for any illness, injury, disability, or death to you or your family, including all claims that may arise resulting from any of these.
I understand that each family is expected to volunteer in the weekly running of the Co-op. I will perform my duties to the best of my ability and find a substitute if I must be absent.
While ECIHC is sensitive to member’s allergies, they do not own or clean the building where they meet and therefore cannot guarantee it is allergen free. Members are not required to accommodate allergies in their classes.
KFC, Vibrant Voice, and Young Expressions Choir students are allowed 3 unexcused absences per semester. If they have more than 3 unexcused absences they will be unable to perform with the group. (Absences due to Illness, hospitalization, or death are excused.) I am expected to communicate all absences with the Choir Director.
Due to the more rigorous music and additional extracurricular opportunities, Encore students are allowed 2 unexcused absences per semester. If students have more than 2 unexcused absences but still wish to perform with the group, they must schedule a private evaluation with the director at an additional fee. Student performance during this evaluation will determine if the student will be allowed to participate in group performances. (Absences due to Illness, hospitalization, or death are excused.) I am expected to communicate all absences with the Choir Director.
I understand that the ECIHC website is the core of group communication, registration, and payment. It is my responsibility to check the discussion forums, emails, and calendar for important dates, deadlines, and announcements. I agree to edit my profile if my contact information changes and understand that Homeschool Habitat is not responsible for any missed communications.
Refunds of membership and class/choir fees are offered by the following schedule:
Before Class Registration Closes: Full Membership*/Class/Choir Fees minus 5% processing fee

After Class Registration Closes- 1 Day Prior to First Class: Membership* fee only minus 5% processing fee

· After Co-op semester begins: no refund

*If you joined co-op in the fall but drop out for the spring semester NO Membership fees will be refunded as they have already been spent to pay for web access and insurance.
