Auditions for Much Ado About Nothing!

There will be chairs set up for each child to sit in. Each child needs to sign in and get their name tag, and then take a seat. Make sure your child knows the expectations for their time at the church.

Behavior expectations for auditions:

  • Children will be expected to sit in a chair until they are called to audition
  • No electronics or food
  • They can talk quietly among themselves, but need to be respectful of the other kids, the church, and the hall monitor keeping an eye on them
  • For the audition itself, the kids need to own their parts – bring the character to life on stage for us (give us action & emotion, as well as good pacing). Their monologue should be about 2 minutes long. We may also ask them to cold read some things.

Looking forward to seeing everyone!
