- Our Mission - 

We exist to encourage, support and build up a community of Christian home educators and their children by offering a variety of learning opportunities to enhance their homeschooling experience in a cooperative environment. We gather weekly for the purpose of enrichment and fellowship, always striving to be a reflection of Christ to the community.

Harmony Christian Co-op is a non-profit, Christian homeschool co-op community. We offer classes for students pre-k through high school. We are primarily a STEAM+ enrichment co-op and rely on our members to co-labor in the duties of teaching, assisting and cleaning, as well as serving in other capacities as needed for our success. Class offerings will supplement what the student is learning at home, either as a new elective subject or to support existing core subjects.


- About Us - 

We meet once a week on Wednesdays from 9am-2pm with five 45 minute class periods for two 12 week semesters - one starting in February, and the other starting in September. We are not a drop-off co-op and rely on parent participation. Our classes vary each semester as we, the parents, are the ones submitting classes that align within the STEAM+ Enrichment focus. New members assist only the first semester of joining and are then expected to teach thereafter. Each semester, we sign up to teach/assist in 3 class periods and are also assigned to a cleaning team that will be either during the co-op hours or at the end of the day, promptly at 2:00. Our classes range from pre-k (starting at 3 years old) through 12th grade. We are a baby friendly co-op, and babies are able to stay with mom in classes as we do not have a nursery available to watch your little ones. There is a registration fee of $100 per family, per semester (that is subject to change), a background check fee for you and your spouse ($10 ea), and a family website fee of $10 (that spans 2 semsters). All of these fees are due upon registering, and then each class has it's own fee associated with it that is due before co-op starts (typically about a month before co-op starts & is announced in advance).
