Georgia Home Study Program Declaration of Intent
Georgia law requires parents or guardians who teach their children at home to submit to the Georgia Department of Education (GADOE) an annual Declaration of Intent form. A Declaration of Intent must be submitted to the Georgia Department of Education within 30 days after the establishment of a home study program and by September 1 annually thereafter.

Georgia state home school association. The GHEA entitles homeschoolers to a discounted Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA) membership, participation in a graduation ceremony for high schoolers, legislature updates, and a host of other benefits.

Georgia MOWR Dual Enrollment Program
Move On When Ready is a dual enrollment program for students in grades 9-12 who qualify to participate. Students may enroll on a part-time or full-time basis as a MOWR student and take college courses. Students will receive high school and college credit simultaneously when attending and passing approved college classes.
