Homeschool-Life.com offers simple annual pricing based on the number of active families in your organization—not the number of students.

Connections: $9.95 per active family per year. It includes tools for membership, communication, events, volunteers, payments, websites, and more.

Academy: $11.95 per active family per year. It includes the community tools plus class registration, classroom communication, assignments, grading, and class-management tools.

A minimum charge of 10 families and a maximum charge of 251 families apply.

There are no required setup or website-design fees. You may set up and design your site yourself at no additional charge.

Homeschool-Life.com is designed to remain affordable for both small and large organizations.

Organizations with 10 or fewer active families pay the 10-family minimum:

• Connections: $99.50 per year
• Academy: $119.50 per year

Organizations with 11 to 251 active families are billed according to their number of active families.

The maximum annual base subscription is:

• Connections: $2,497.45 per year
• Academy: $2,999.45 per year

Organizations with more than 251 active families do not pay an additional base subscription fee for families beyond the first 251.

Only active families are included in your licensed-family count. Families who are no longer participating can be parked and will not be included in your renewal count.

Optional add-ons and services are billed separately.

Homeschool-Life.com subscriptions are invoiced annually. Your invoice will include the payment options currently available for your account.

If your organization requires a particular payment method or needs help making a payment, please contact our team. We are happy to work with you before your invoice is due.

Yes. You may use Homeschool-Life.com as your complete public and private website, or you may keep your existing public website and use Homeschool-Life.com as the private management portal for your families.

Homeschool-Life.com gives your organization one place to manage:

• Membership and family records

• Volunteer opportunities
• Payments and administrative tools
• Public and members-only website content

Organizations using Academy also receive class registration, teacher administration, classroom communication, assignments, grading, and additional class-management tools.

Multiple administrators may be given access based on their responsibilities.

No special software is required. You only need an internet connection and a web browser.

Yes. You can use a custom domain name with your Homeschool-Life.com site, whether you already own a domain or would like to register a new one.

Optional domain services include:

• Domain registration and forwarded email
• Domain, forwarded email, and an SSL certificate
• Dedicated email addresses

You may also begin with the Homeschool-Life.com website address included with your account and add a custom domain later.

Our team will contact you to confirm your domain information before the site goes live.

Yes. You may move your website content and organization information into Homeschool-Life.com yourself, or you may purchase optional assistance.

We can help you plan the transition of:

The amount of assistance needed depends on your current website, the amount and type of content being moved, and how much you would like our team to complete for you.

Organizations that would prefer additional help may purchase an optional account-setup service.

Account setup can include assistance configuring organization settings, membership fields, administrative tools, and other account details.

Setup assistance is completely optional and is not required to use Homeschool-Life.com.

Yes. Every organization can design and customize its own Homeschool-Life.com website at no additional charge.

Organizations that would like professional assistance may choose from several optional design services:

Basic Custom Design — $59 one time
A polished design update for organizations that need light customization.

Partial Custom Design — $199 one time
Additional branding and deeper customization for a more personalized appearance.

Full Custom Design — $299 one time
A fully customized design with greater attention to your branding, public pages, and overall presentation.

More extensive design requests, additional design time, or custom development may require a separate quote.

Professional design is completely optional. Many organizations create and maintain their own websites using the included design tools.
